WHY THIS NAME?
Montjuïc is a green montain in Barcelona next to the sea.
Its name seems to mean Jewish Mountain.
But WWW.MONTJUIC.TK is not about Jewish heritage or
about the whole mountain ...
Montjuïc is the most famous cruising area in Barcelona for
gay people.
That's the reason why www.montjuic.tk is called the
website of the lovers in Montjuïc.
Unfortunately the gay zone, a very small part of the mountain
has become smaller in recent years.
After Sept 11th 2001 trees began to be cut and the townhall put
a lot of lamps so now the place is not so dark as before.
Nevertheless there are parts that are quite dark and they have
become the center point of the cruising area.
In order to find the cruising area you must go near PLAÇA ESPANYA.
There you will see two venetian-like towers.
Then you will sea an avenue, AVGDA MARIA CRISTINA.
At the top of it you will see PALAU NATIONAL, the headquarters of
a museum: MNAC.
You just must go towards this building and then turn left.
